Tuesday Morning Brings Coldest Weather in Years

Tuesday morning is shaping up to be the coldest in over three years, with widespread 20s across the Las Vegas Valley. The forecast low at Reid Airport is 28°, the coldest temperature recorded there since January 2, 2022.
Expect sunny skies on Tuesday, but it will remain chilly, with high temperatures barely reaching 50° across the valley. While winds will ease up locally, a Wind Advisory remains in effect through 6 p.m. Tuesday for Lake Mead, Boulder City, and Laughlin, where gusts could reach up to 55 mph down the Colorado River Valley.
Dry weather continues midweek, with highs near 60° through Friday. A cold storm system moves in this weekend, bringing another round of strong winds on Saturday and the best chance for scattered showers on Sunday.
