A Wind Advisory remains in effect through 4 p.m. Wednesday with wind gusts in the 40-50 mph range for the Colorado River Valley. This includes Lake Mead, Boulder City, and Laughlin where the wind will be strongest.
For the Las Vegas Valley, wind gusts will be in the 15-25 mph range through the middle of the week.
We remain locked in a dry pattern with skies staying mostly sunny throughout the week. High temperatures hold in the mid to upper 50s through Sunday.
The coldest air so far this season is forecast to arrive early next week with highs next Monday and Tuesday in the low 50s. Morning lows will be at or below freezing for most locations Monday and Tuesday morning.
