Multi-vehicle crash in southwest Valley leaves one fighting for their life

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas Metro police is investigating a multiple vehicle crash in the southwest Valley.

LVMPD report on Jan. 30 around 1 p.m. four cars were involved in a crash near Harmon Avenue and Jones Blvd.

Police say a car failed to yield the right of way of two southbound vehicles on Jones that resulted in a collision in the intersection.

Police report two people were taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Two others remained on the scene and did not report any injuries.

The preliminary police investigation says they do not suspect impairment at this time.

The roads are now back open.
