Unseasonably hot October weather continues into the weekend
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The unseasonably hot October weather continues as we kick off the weekend.
Yesterday, we tied a record high temperature hitting 97 degrees at Harry Reid International Airport. Today, we are expected to break a record with a high temperature of 96 degrees breaking the old record of 95 degrees set back in 1991.
Expect breezy conditions this afternoon making it feel like a hair dryer out there.
You might be wondering if it will ever cool down, and the answer is yes.
Temperatures will gradually cool off as we go into next week but a big cool down is expected by next weekend. This weekend seems to be the last really nice weekend to enjoy the pool with 90+ temps and dry conditions.
